New charm

Yet again it has been such a busy week and soooo much has happened including some pretty important life changing decisions (for the good though if it all plans out) and I had a neurology appointment this morning that has brought up some pretty big stuff. 

I'm busy packing to head up north in the morning to stay with my dad and family for a while at the moment so I'll have to get it all down some other time! BUSY BUSY!!

I did want to post a little picture of a cute little charm I bought the other day to add to my medical bracelet :) I love it!
